Notes:
- Instrumental will be custom made and exclusive for you
- If you want a mix/master too, I can do that for an additional fee (but cheaper than my normal mixing rate)The Process
1. You send me some reference tracks for the vibe you want for your production and we discuss the sound you're going for and agree on a rate
2. If I accept, I'll invoice you for $250 through PayPal (this is a non-refundable deposit for me taking the time to make some demos). I'll spend time creating at least 3 short demos (1-4 weeks depending on workload) and send them to you as I make them.
3. Once there's a demo that you want to use, you'll pay half of the remaining agreed rate. If you don't want to use any, then we'll simply end the project there.
4. I'll finish the instrumental and we'll do any revisions as necessary (and within reason).
5. You'll pay the remaining half of the agreed rate then I'll send you the instrumental in any formats you need.
6. If needed, I'll mix/master it and also do any necessary revisions (within reason).
Mixing - starting at $200 USD
Notes:
- Cost will generally increase with more than one vocalist ($250+)
- I offer discounts if you're planning to send me 3 or more songs
- For best results, send me the stems for the instrumental
- I will do some some pitch correction, timing correction and alignment for obvious issues. for in-depth editing, it will cost $40 USD per vocal track (lead vocal, dub left, dub right, etc.) that needs editing. if you want to save money, you can edit them yourself before sending to me and/or make sure the takes are all very good pitch and timing-wise!The Process
1. You send me the demo of your song along with the vocal tracks, instrument stems (if available), and reference tracks or notes about the sound you're going for.
2. If I accept the project, I'll send you an invoice through PayPal for half of our agreed rate (we'll discuss fees about vocal editing here if needed)
3. Once paid, each song will take 1-14 days depending on backlog
4. We'll do up to 5 free rounds of revisions, any work after that will be subject to an hourly rate of $50 USD per hour.
5. 1 hour of a free live session (over Discord) is included in the fee. Every additional 30 minutes (rounded up) will be an additional $25.
6. If needed, I'll do basic mastering too (included in fee)
7. After completion, I'll invoice you for the last part of the agreed rate then I'll send you the files in any formats (wav, mp3, etc.) you need, along with any different versions you might need (instrumental, performance mix, acapella etc.)Instructions for sending tracks
Vocals
1. Label the vocal tracks with the following:
- vocalist,
- type of vocal (LV, HRM, ADLIB, DUB, etc.),
- L for left or R for right if they're supposed to be pannedExamples:
- C LV 1 (C lead vocal 1),
- B HRM L2 (B harmony #2, left),
- A DUB R1 (A dub #1, right),Instrumental
Make sure to include the key and bpm of the song in the instrumental file name or the folder name. If you made any changes to the instrumental, send your version and the original.If you have the stems to the instrumental, make sure the vocals and instrumental stems are in different folders.General
If you have any notes about how you want the song to sound (reference tracks, ideas for specific effects, etc.), include them in a .txt file in the folder.
Mastering and stem mastering - $40 USD

3. I'll send you the master 1-7 days of paying the first half (turnaround time may vary)
